For stomach hyper acidity, acid reflux, tissue alkalization and smoking cessation.
The antidote for the long term side effect of stomach acid blockers such as Pepcid, Tagamet, Zantac, Prilosec.
For the body to remain healthy, the interstitial fluid compartments in which the body’s cells are bathed, must remain in an alkaline condition.
This combination of alkalizing substances is used for all hyper-acidic conditions of the stomach and the tissues of the body. It is completely safe and can be used on an as needed basis for those suffering of heartburn or gastritis. In conditions where much acidity has accumulated in the tissues, as is the case with most chronic illness, or in cases where acid blocking medications such as Pepcid, Tagamet, Zantac or Prilosec were utilized for management of stomach hyper-acidity for more than a few isolated incidents, it becomes critical to return the body’s acid/base balance to a more favorable range, for overall health to improve.
Potentially harmful acidity develops in the tissues of the body when the system’s ability to eliminate the acids that are produced (metabolic waste, acid forming foods, and the system’s various stress mechanisms) is reduced. Our stomach is one of the primary venting mechanisms for this build up of hydrogen ions (acids are typified by an abundance of such ions) and when our stomach’s acid producing mechanisms are pharmaceutically inhibited, the hydrogen ion concentrations become too abundant to be efficiently eliminated by other pathways of elimination. Consequently, the acids build up in the tissues and fluid compartments of the body, where they greatly interfere with the normal cellular functions. The overly acidic condition of the intercellular fluid compartment makes it an ideal breeding ground for harmful micro-organisms, creating an enormous burden on the immune system. This build-up can lead to fatigue, poor mental and emotional health and eventual chronic degenerative illness.
Using alkabase regularly will promote the establishment of a healthier internal environment in those persons who have a history of stomach or pancreatic problems, those who have lived on mineral depleted diets for extended periods (naturally occurring minerals in our food have an alkalizing effect), persons whose diets consist primarily of refined foods, persons who suffer of chronic constipation (a healthy body should eliminate two to three times daily) as well as persons who have smoked cigarettes or used drugs regularly.
It has been shown that by alkalizing the urine, the rate at which nicotine is eliminated from the body is slowed, thereby making withdrawal easier.
To enhance this remedies healing potential: eat more organically grown vegetables, drink plenty of pure water, avoid white flour (this includes pasta) and white sugar containing foods, cut down on or eliminate coffee, avoid soft drinks and fruit juice, avoid all foods containing chemical additives , artificial food color and preservatives, eat less red meat and more fish, use unrefined sea salt (Celtic salt is best).

SUGGESTED USE: 1/2 teaspoon mixed into 8 fluid ounces of warm water, taken upon rising, 4 to 5 times per week. Wait at least one half hour before eating or drinking. For heart-burn, Alkabase can be taken as needed, not more than two doses daily. If using this remedy on a regular basis (more than twice weekly) it is important to consume at least 8 fluid ounces of water per 25 ponds of body weight every 24 hours (a 150 pound person would require 48 fluid ounces or 6, 8 ounce glasses)
WARNING: Do not use Alkabase if you are on a sodium restricted diet without your physician’s supervision.
