HOW TO ORDER

To order any of our products, go to a product’s description page, choose the quantity, and press “Add to Shopping Cart”. You can continue browsing our site and add as many products as you like. Our shopping cart program will keep track of what you have added to your shopping cart. When you are ready to place your order, click “View Shopping Cart” to take you to the products you have selected. Click “Send Order Secure” to proceed. Enter your credit card information and click “Send Order Now.” Lastly, you will need to confirm your order information and choose the appropriate shipping method. You will be sent a confirmation of your order to the email address you provide.

You can call us 24 hours a day. If we are not available, please leave your area code and phone number, the spelling of your first and last name as well as the spelling of your complete address (include zip code or postal code) and email addres on our voice mail. We will also need your card number, expiration date and the items and quantity of items you wish to order. Your order will be confirmed via email or by telephone within 24 hours.

SHIPPING TIME FRAMES
If your credit card transaction received authorization and your order was received by us before
11:00 AM, Pacific Time on a business day (Monday-Friday), it will be shipped the same day.
Orders received after 11:00 AM, Pacific Time will be shipped the following business day.
WE ARE NO LONGER ABLE TO SHIP ORDERS INTERNATIONALLY
In the unlikely event that an item (or items) that you ordered from us is temporarily unavailable due to a supply shortage, you will be automatically billed at the time you place the order. This is an unfortunate limitation of electronic internet billing. If you supply us with your e-mail address when you place the order, we can inform you concerning the estimated time of shipping of your back-ordered item (or items). The remainder of your order will of course not be held up. If for any reason the back-ordered item or items are still not available 14 days after you placed the order we will inform you via email and credit your account.
If the back-ordered item (items) was a part of a larger order and the available items were shipped in a timely manner, your account will be credited for the shipping charges of the back-ordered item (items). If the item (items) on back-order was the only item (items) that you ordered, we will credit your account for all shipping charges when your order is shipped.
