SUGGESTED USE: For PMS: Begin taking Progon B about 4-5 days before the usual monthly onset date of PMS. Take 4 pellets, crack with teeth and hold under tongue for 3-5 minutes, 2 times daily at least 8 hours apart. Discontinue at the start of menstruation.
For Declining Bone Density or Osteoporosis: Take 4 pellets, crack with teeth and hold under tongue for 3-5 minutes, 2 times daily at least 8 hours apart. If you are not yet menopausal, use for only one half of every month discontinuing at the onset of your menstrual period. If you are menopausal or post-menopausal, you may take Progon B for the entire month. We strongly recommend also using Oscap Plus as a reliable source of calcium, along with Progon-B for this condition.
WARNINGS: Some regularly menstruating women may experience a slight change in the timing of their menstrual periods for the first few months of Progon B use.
